Resolv started in the middle of operations, with cargo, deadlines, regulation and decisions that could not wait. From Santos to A Coruña, it became one brand present in Brazil and Spain, focused on data, AI and business decisions.

Where the house became binational

The origin
Santos is the largest port in Latin America. That is where theory meets the tide: an idle container is idle cash, a misread rule is a fine, a wrong number is a wrong decision with a signature on it. In that environment Resolv learned the essential lesson, before any technology, there is a decision to be made, with an owner, a criterion and a deadline.
We took that discipline into financial markets and education, and then across the Atlantic. In A Coruña, Galicia, we found the same Atlantic vocation: sea, trade, industry and a culture that respects those who deliver. Resolv.es was born, same methodology, another language, the same standard.

The founder
Marco Riveiros is the founder of Resolv in Brazil and Spain and the creator of the 3D Method: Diagnosis, Design and Decision. He is the founder and president of Instituto AmiGU, chief executive of I2A2, the Institute of Applied Artificial Intelligence, and the representative of the AIBrasil.ai Community for the port sector across Brazil. His career connects business intelligence, people development and the application of AI, with experience in port logistics, foreign trade and financial services.
Son of a Galician father from Pontedeume, Marco set up Resolv.es in A Coruña in 2024 to bring the same method to Spain and bring companies from both countries closer.
The right decision always outweighed the easy result.
